They did collect about 50$k, it should be enough to cover expanses for the exchange and their live. They were from Vietnam so I assume live is not expensive there. In my opnion they would earn much more from the exchange but they choose to take quick money and exit. Where is justice?

Unfortunately, there is no current information on project development. I understand from the roadmap that the exchange should be completed and launched in Q1 2020, which is quite soon, but unfortunately we do not know if the progress is going according to plan.
