There are likely to be several reasons, possibly they are waiting for the results of private sales, or maybe wanting for BETA testing to be finished...., apparently they want to be prepared as much as possible Cheesy

The ZIX token is pegged to Ether during the sale: 1ETH = 5000 ZIX

I have no doubt that with a little investors boost the team will reach the hardcap no problem.

Considering the popularity of this project I think that reaching the hard cap is unquestionable.
