We only have two more days to the end of the working year 2018 here in UK.. we would like to thank all those who have supported us.. we will be coming back much stronger in the New Year 2019..
In the meantime, please be informed that we have provisionally planned to distribute the airdrop and bounty tokens around the 31st Dec 2018.. The return from airdrop and bounty campaign have been very low, therefore , the amount of token allocations for the bounty will reflect it. Particularly to hold the value of Organicco tokens when we list.
We still are looking to raise fund.
Our planned listing of our tokens to be around later part of Q1 2019.
So far we have achieve a great deal this year as a business.. had a good teleconference yesterday for scaling up of a lab model into farm size unit for producing renewable road fuel. Mainly aimed at logistics companies and all our planned production of 18,000,000 litres by 2020 is now committed. Through our partner, we have access to project funding of £104m to deliver 52 projects by 2020.
We require seed fund to put a team together for this project, looking to raise between £500k to £1m. In return we offer share certificates with tax benefits in UK, Organicco tokens and 10% return per year with 3 year investment plan. Then you can either sell the shares back to us, or trade it or keep it for longer term.
In addition we have letter of intent to buy our dryers for two sites that are quoted for combined £4.5m. We are expecting to close one of them around Feb 2019. We had spent great deal of time this year standardising and reducing manufacturing costs through value engineering. Thus we are well placed to get started quickly in the New Year. Our Canadian Partner is putting a business structure and raising debt funding for setting up manufacturing facility in Canada dedicated for our technology distributions in North America. Initially we will use it for worldwide distributions in addition to another potential collaboration with German manufacture based in Leipzig.
There are lots more development on top of these, such as completing the commissioning of one of our unit for municipal in Montreal, Canada; we will start producing ‘organic’ certified fertiliser from January 2019 onwards and we have buyers for them in UK, etc..
Therefore, we only need small helping hand to raise fund to get us started strongly, and those who believe in our project surely will benefit from our hard work. It’s the best time to invest on our business as we are sure to get stronger in 2019.
