I believe that some decentralization is welcome, but 100% decentralization is hard to achieve and have success with projects like these that are creating complex systems.

I often go to restaurants, cafes and restaurants, and often want to see the ratings of places. I go there, or write a review. With the service, I can now get a reward for writing reviews or reviews.
ServAdvisor is not only about restaurants and covers all service providers, restaurant is a big part though.

main competition comes from legacy sites e.g. yelp, google, tripadvisor... Unlike public pages, incentivized users are more likely to provide an unbiased look at the experience without allowing only negative feedback to muddy the waters.
Award motivated users are more likely to write a review as soon as the service was consumed, thus significantly increasing the number of total unique personalized reviews.
