That is really nice of them to cover this with their own expenses. Especially for a project that didn't have an ICO.

But on the other side, if they didn't, they would've taken a huge hit and lost a lot of trust. But what this tells us that they are dedicated to COSS so the future is very bright!

An unacceptable error occurred this morning. Dev has been working around the clock, and while deploying an update this morning, there was an error in the new codes making all limit orders go to market orders causing selling at lowest price and buying at the highest price. This should of course never have happened in the first place as any new deployment should have been duly tested before pushed live, but in this incident that didn’t happen and we experienced close to 5 hours of trading with this error before we took the site down to fix the error.
Solution: all orders will be rolled back to the time of the incident so no losses for anyone. Of course, there have been many withdrawals during this period, but we as a company will cover those losses, so some of you actually gained from this error.
As an added compensation for all and to extend our apologies for what happened we will offer a 100% fee split allocation for the next two weeks on coss.io
The site will be in maintenance until the correct codes are tested and deployed, and the rollback has been performed.

ICO has ended yet

Once you accumulated sufficient amounts and converted the ERC20 tokens to ETH, you need to distribute them to your wallet. But there is a fee associated with that, so it only makes sense once you have enough to cover the fees and then some.

There was a bug on the exchange so it is under maintenance. This was in slack announcement:

This is why I like COSS because we have a really decent CEO who actually cares about everyone. I stand behind COSS. 

I hold some COSS coins since 8th of January and on my dashboard I can see the amount of coins I will get per week, right? So why there is not a single one displayed in my wallet?

From 2.5 to .9 what do you guys think the bottom will be? What do guys think is the main reason for this drop?

Website has spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. They should be cleaned up.
I'd also like to see a price in EUR/USD or an option for both.

Give it time guys. They are working on the UI...The new update looks pretty dope in my opinion. Hope they upgrade their servers though

it is really sad to see coss bleeding extra like this because of the UI.... well many other coins also crashed by 0ver 50% just like coss ... binance, kucoin, tron, verge etc ... they are all completely down ... look at the curves ... coss isnt the only coin crashing here ... the entire market .... whales are cashing out to buy low ....

Fact is coss has got a real potential and is gonna get to 10$ within no time .... lates Q2 2018 .... we all know the potential of coss and know it will go that road ... They have issues now...yes...but they are working to fix that up ... as times go by .... they gain experience and near perfection .... Remember this isnt an ICO run token ... it started from zero ...it is growing into a giant ...just give it time ... hold on to your coss else you gonna find urself buying in high into the game again later on ....

I stocked abit of coss (22k coss tokens) at their site and getting my huge bites of weekly fee-split .... so the UI is not at all my problem ....just give my fee splits weekly..... and im good to go ....

If i had more money...i would happily buy more coss at this great price .... coz we never gonna see these prices again...never .... good time for many to jump on the fast moving train ....

That's nice but how about you guys upgrade the speed of your exchange and keep everyone updated about the progress. It takes ages to go from dashboard to exchange.

I couldn't agree more logging in takes 10 minutes. Then to the exchange another 10 minutes. I really wonder how people are able to trade
