I agree with the article that at the present moment consumers dont trust that companies and factories comply with regulations and also dont trust that nothing suspicious is going on with our food. It’s an urban legend. There is not economic motive nor practical method to produce fake eggs. Current options revolve around expensive RFID chips or an overt reliance on consumer input. EndChain focuses on the entire logistics chain: from manufacturer to businesses to customer to reseller.
