Every coin holder will be entitled to the dividend - no staking required. Basically we take all fees paid during eg. a week and distribute it to all accounts that hold coins. You get as much of dividend as much % of coins you hold. Some income from fees will be paid to transaction validators, but it will be 10-20% of fees max.

Google and Facebook take from 40% to 60% of the money people use to advertise their brand. Adshares will only take 1% in fees.
Normal ads are easily blocked by adblocks because they all come from same source, here ads will come from same domain as the website so they will not be blocked easy.
Another big thing for small website owners is that they will get paid almost instantly so they will not have to wait until they get like 100$ in ads.

Hmm sounds promising , but lets see if you can keep these prices in fees and it all depends if people will switch to adshares . Anyway it looks very interesting and I'll be following this , Good luck!

This is much more than revshare. Plan is to replace ad exchanges like google or openx, because they take outrageous fees for matching websites with companies and brands that want to advertise. You are buying tokens that will be used for payments in our system. Each token will receive dividend from collected fees.

If You buy tokens at the end of the ICO then You should get X tokens that are worth (almost) exactly 1BTC. The value of the tokens will be determined by the contract and the market.

If You buy earlier You may get a better price (get more tokens) if the value of the project will grow during the long ICO process.

You cannot invest directly in btc. Only in eth. At current prices 1 btc will get you about 25k ADS if you will buy from first 10M coins batch. If you won't make it you will get less coins as price will rise once total supply starts to exceed 10M coins.

I hope you are wrong, as it is a scam-light at the best. You are requesting an UNLIMITED amount of fund without any existing product or working service.

I liked the idea, but with this conditions, I am OUT as it looks like a greedy money-grab, nothing else.

All proceeds from token sale are held in contract. These coins are used to fund buyback, so you can exit if you think project is not developing fast enough. We can only release up to 1% of coins weekly. It is much less greedy than standard ico. For people buying at lowest price they have floor of buyback on 98% of purchase price. It will only go down at maximum rate of 1% per week, so plenty of time to evaluate project. Standard ico risk is 100% from day one. Also we have working code for our blockchain, which is base of product. Adserver is halfway complete.
