Hello. For 30 comments on the ANN topic, can I get an additional maximum number of tokens, which is provided for my account? And what are the rules for these comments? Also one more question - when will the tokens be paid? After the ICO, or have to wait 30 days?

2.If you can do it, you will get an extra 28200EON
