Do you own the factory?
We have a bank and current owner agreement in place for one year leasing period and option to buy at the end of this period. The current value of the factory is 17,6 million euros (estimated by 2 independent real estate broker) and we place it in one of our ICO phases at 5 million euros value. That gives a safety margin of 12,6 million euros for our coin holders. Also this factory has a solar park of 0,5 MW and an agreement with the Greek government for the next 20 years which will bring more than 250,000 euros per year and a total of 5 million euros. In other words the solar park alone will repay our investment! The money from the first phase will be invested into the purchase of this factory and the production of 20,000 units of SuperEco Climate System.

The rest of the energy produced will be sold for our and our coin holders benefit.
