This kinda looks scammy.
First time I have seen an ICO endorsed by bitcointalk forum.
What I dont like is no project can offer guaranteed returns or profits. On top of that offering big bonuses to pre - ico buyers, just trying to hype the returns rather the project.
Also website doesnt seem top notch for an ICO, seen a lot better.

So far what I have understood about HoweyCoins is that this project can give freelancers a new life. I think with HoweyCoins there will be a new spectrum of growth for freelancers.

In my opinion this is probably an opportunity for investors as we consider, analyze carefully whether it is reasonable or not and invest. And after considering with my wife, maybe i can invest in this project.
