This looks very interesting. I am going to educate myself more with the information provided so that I will know what to expect if ever I will invest (or not) with HoweyCoins. For now, my initial impression for this is positive, since it is the only coin endorsed by bitcointalk. Most of the higher ranking members approved this, so this coin must be trustworthy and good to invest into.

It's actually much better than that. You don't have to worry about claims or reimbursements. It's impossible to lose money in this ICO.

I've given a short look at the whitepaper, but it seems to me that it doesn't explain too much. The percentage of returns that are promised to investors sounds a bit puzzling to me, as well as the mention of a "planned pump".

Nobody actually reads news over the internet ? This is, was and will be just an experiment of SEC to show people how ICO scams work, the purpose is purely an educational one. This actually shows ICO investors imaturity and how everybody wanna believe they can get rich with no effort 
and after they cry after what they lost.
