Who's idea was to unlock tokens when ICO is going on? Announce some special deals when lending start, like $20 gold token for every LCT.

You do realize that Etherdelta is a dex, right? What do you mean "officially listed"? Lmao.
I wanted also to express my annoiance for the fact that those guys are promoting their SCAM ICO throu PMs, they are spamming me aswell as other. Stay away.

I guess there's no bounty program in this project. All you have to do is just buy the token and wait for the price rise, and then trade your coins..

No there is not a bounty program, its a lending program like BitConnect. Yes, you can buy and HODL or you can use your tokens for Lending back to LendConnect and they will pay you a daily percent for disclosed time period plus return your capital. This is listed in their WhitePaper.

They are currently working on the lending platform interface and the good thing about LendConnect, it will actually be combining lending from multiple Lending Platforms like HextraCoin, Bitconnect, DavorCoin and etc....
So the interest rate will be higher.
