this thread is very clear about the items developed in this project, all the allocation of funds for each item developed very transparent.
More details coming. Most of the funds raised (50%) are going into a Bail Fund which is used to actually bail people out of jail and refund the token holders.

I think the basic idea behind Mainprise is to using crypto technology for the bail of criminals, but I believe there still more than just bail.
