Well Gladius is entirely different project which is focused to use bandwidth utilization against DDoS attacks. Anyway, we'll do everything we can to make our platform as convenient and easy to use as possible.

Webmasters will have a few options: they can buy NOIA tokens from token holders in Exchanges or in liquidity pool where nodes will be able to stake their earned coins (we will clarify about the pool later). Also, they can buy NOIA tokens with fiat currencies from NOIA Network. Shortly answering your question - yes, they will be able to pay all services with NOIA.
P.S.The price of data transferred will be connected with fiat currencies, so the token price won't affect it.
