Its nice to have a manual to understand how to participate, a lot of new investors are not ico friendly and afraid to send eth and do it wrong. Also relest have 4,4 on ico bench, it so pretty good a lot of people check ico bench to know if its good or not. With 4,4 its pretty nice

since it's the reserve fund it's going to be used for whatever is needed as time goes by. infrastructure,marketing, operational costs etc.
Yes, part of the funds from the reserve will be transferred as payment for the services that helped the project. The part will remain for unforeseen expenses

I look at the bonuses on the day of start ICO, in the first 2 hours it will be very profitably,
in comparison with other real estate ICO usually it's not more than 30%  Roll Eyes

The first 2 hours: 1.5 REST = 0.001 ETH (+50%)
The 1st day: 1.3 REST = 0.001 ETH (+30%)
Days 2-7: 1.15 REST = 0.001 ETH (+15%)
Days 8-14: 1 REST = 0.001 ETH

Landlord can choose a tenant.

How can 3 tenants win an auction with 1000$? Isnt the point of auctions that there's just one winner?


Let me explanin this to you: It is tenant (number 3) who wins 3 auctions. now, because he won e auctions he can choose one. or maybe take two of them or all 3? would seem legit.

Why tenant to win 3 apartments? He is aimed at one that suits him the most. This is the meaning of the auction. In addition to the price, there are other criteria. Well, suppose all three apartments in one house, and the tenant won all three auctions. He chose one apartment. Then two landlords were left without a tenant. What will they do? To reduce the starting price of the following trades?
That is, it turns out that the landlord can lose time if his auction takes place, but the tenant refuses.

let me explain this.
tenant placed bid in 3 auction for $1000/auction. in the final auction, he won 3 of 4 auction (1,3,4).
now, the tenant can take one of them or take it all. in this case, he only take one of them, 2 more will be given to another tenant (higher bid before).
maybe, no problem in this case, it only make the tenant (who win the auction) downing his rate in another auction.

If you read the news on some reputable website many english speaking chinese  say`s that, they can invest to bitcoin as long as the exchange is not in the main land same with the ICO.
