Making transactions B2B (business to business) is not the best solution due to volatility. So you will be able to make transactions with COIN which is stable crypto.

Listing on exchanges comes up after the ICO campaign
But as you can see most of the projects list their token after the ICO.
Once it happen then the value of the token will surely rise in early stage especially if the investors will not dump their tokens in lowest price.

Cindicator team's attitude is probably the best what I've seen. They are not hurry and trying to do everything as it should be. BTW Cindicator is already listed at HitBTC and Mercatox, but these exchanges are not official ones.
