Yes it's true. And this will interest many participants of this market. Because now the increased volatility of the crypto currency discourages people.

Volatility of crypto isn't really about fixed price, especially when you have 1 billion token in circulation; some investors might be skeptical to invest because of their quick profit scheme.

Blockchain is decentralized. But there should be some company with particular jurisdiction. What kind of laws will they keep?
