Also i am interested in this one because its on NEO. I think NEO has an enormous potential.
Exactly, one big advantage is that the Spotcoin ICO smart contract is on the NEO blockchain.
It seems that NEO gets better ICOs than ETH in terms of quality.

Having a payments system enables merchants to trade their cryptocurrency with clients on the exchange and OTC. Clients on the exchange and OTC will pay fiat for the cryptocurrencies. For now, the merchants usually have an overhead that requires fiat. The payments system also enables us to tap into multiple systems that enable Spotcoin to have liquidity.

Thanks! We've spent countless hours on which platform made the most business sense. It wasn't cheap since we needed 500 GAS to start the token, but a small investment for a bigger gain. When the NEP-5 tokens receive USD/EUR trading pairs, those markets will do very well. We want to decouple NEO and GAS from BTC in the future. GAS will also become the future of trading since it's divisible and made for trading while NEO is meant for voting rights (hence the non-divisible portion).
