The way it works is that tokens left over are burned from the crowdsale, the dev/bounty tokens are proportional to the amount of tokens raised in the total ICO (this is in the bounty rules as well). This way it stays fair for all parties and especially contributors. It also increases the value (no one wants to see lots of tokens dumped).

Explain that please:

Tokens available for campaigns thats 3250000 (5%). I understand that this amount will not change in the case you will not sell all tokens in ICO?

Correct, they're still allocated to each of their sections within the bounty campaign.

For me it means no movements of numbers! Explain me where i make mistake in calculations please!

I think you guys got my wording wrong (or I explained it poorly), the bounty points are still allocated as usual (the full 3.25mil). Just read the rules on the bounty thread as that should have it all explained, some have different allocation (like blog). Just remember to check your amount of points when the campaign ends to verify it's fine and that your address is not wrong.

As for investors, this may seem a lot, but do take into account that it is spread over almost 1000 people (depending on points).

As far as the desktop client is, we'll share more updates and such via our blog/website/social media as we progress. It's in early stages, we'll be picking up testers from our Slack as well when the time comes.

Res Et Non Verbum
Recently bought some tokens, I liked the android app it is pretty decent given the fact that is still in Alpha and running on Poloniex only.
I'm certainly sure this project will out-stand competitors once the roadmap is completed. Today we have Blockfolio, Cryptoping, some telegram bots, etc but they all go different ways..
Excited to see new updates, improvements, more exchanges support, addon functions and so on!.

We've just published an update on our blog and website: https://medium.com/@trackr.im/big-announcement-upcoming-desktop-client-and-strategic-partnership-with-fundingtree-com-65f651de66b3 with our new partnership and desktop client prototype. We're shifting our primary focus to the desktop client with the mobile client being there for the majority of basic functionality and alerting (with sync support), our blog has more information on this.

Here's the preview:

Looks very well, with a user friendly UI, this project is doing very well I hope that will keep doing this

a design that looks elegant
a view that many people can accept
can not wait to try it soon.. hopefully the future will be enhanced

Regardless of the way the dev team may or may not have worded it, common sense would say that the TOTAL coins allocated for the bounty campaign are under the assumption that the ICO sells out, and if the ICO doesn't sell out then the bounty and dev team allocations are in proportion to the total tokens sold.
It doesn't make any sense for only the unsold ICO tokens to be burnt and the bounty and dev team allocation coins left alone if the ICO does not sell out, especially if it is such a large proportion like it appears in this case.
No one can seriously expect the team to allocate something like ~33% of total tokens to bounty participants. If they do then the project is basically DOA for all investors.

In the name of investors, I would like to ask for official statement about coin allocation.

Official statement for today is:
"A total of 65 000 000 TKR tokens will be in existence whereby 90% is allocated to the ICO campaign, 5% to the bounty campaign and the remaining 5% to the team. An additional 500 000 TKR tokens will be available for the purposes of exchanging pre-ICO tokens to ICO tokens."

It seems that the situation you have, prompts you to make very uncomfortable decisions for investors.

I insist on an official opinion on this topic!

It is good question!

Always developers have to allocate funds and in every serious project it always work. Because it have to work!
Actually numbers should to stay. Changes now looks bad.

I'm watching this project from the first days, and i must say that dev team is doing even more than they have to do! This project is in perfect way to be huge!

It is always not nice when at the end of ICO are coming out some misunderstandings, but unfortunetly it happens.
I invest here a bit of my money, and for me it is very important whether the people responsible for this project are responsible or not.
I hope you guys get the correct decision and you will not change number of coins.
It is very important for many people - please remember of that!

Edit:

I mean - don't change numbers, so 3 250 000 for you - as it was stated from the beginning and 3 250 000 for bounty participants - as it was stated at the beginning and confirmed few days ago.

For me also is clear that number of coins can't be changed.
Changing the rules at this point will be a catastrophe for the project!

Such a change at the end of ICO - it will be funeral for your project.

Take it easy guys! I'm sure that it is kind of misunderstanding.
In OP is clerarly stated that 3 250 000 TKR tokens is for bounties.
