No, they paused their ICO token sale due to bear market. They think that they will be more succesful when crypto market will grow again, I think that this decision is good, now many ICOs dont raise enough money because current situation on crypto market is very very bad.There will also be more projects later on seeking for funds so the question is whether the situation will overall become better for individual projects and I don't think so.

I'm upset at the delay in the holding of the ICO, but will follow the opening of the second phase . I wanted to buy tokens in order to take advantage of them is already in the application. Now I'll wait for the development.
