We use fair ranking factors based on video watch statistics as opposed to other networks that change their rankings according to advertiser revenue. This means that the best videos will always be seen.
what does your whitepaper refer to as "not self-serving" and "user-based". I cannot really figure out a strong differentiation to other video sharing projects

1. Trying to use only P2P, this makes massive buffering issues...ever tried dtube?
2. They don't have access to any videos that are good.
3. They're using off the shelf technology.

Viewo is the first network to have access to millions of videos. We offer bufferless video with encoding on the fly via high powered GPU servers. No one else is offering anything remotely similar.
To be honest, I've already seen a lot of 6-7 similar projects and I think they all seem to be identical. I think that it will be very difficult for you, but good luck ..
