You claimed that payments will be made in WHEN tokens. But if I have only fiat is it possible to automatically exchange it to WHEN token just before the smart contract is placed?

Currently you only find Experts who are online at the time of search, so even if one exists you may not see them. We are in the process of rolling out features where you can ask to be notified when an Expert for a specific topic comes online, or you can schedule a time slot with them.
