Can you tell us more about SME profiles: what kind of info will be displayed?
SME profiles? What is it? Didn't you searched in whitepaper?As far as I know, the rating, subject area of the expert, reviews, and the language in which the expert can conduct consultations will be displayed.

Yes, this is the basis for the rating of the expert to be the most objective.
Tell me, will you somehow check the expert advice? Maybe in order to control the quality of work and resolve conflict situations
Yes, but it must have correct realization, because if not, everyone will have a possibility to create as many accounts as they want and to write negative feedback. This can be used for black PR etc.
You would think that, but thankfully our engineering team is not naive and has carefully thought through not only this, but hundreds of other scenarios. You cannot create as many accounts as you want as there are limits by device, IP, location etc. It is actually quite hard to game the system. We use a defense-in-depth approach where there are multiple roadblocks for people intending to abuse the platform.
