Yes. We understand that mobile data is a privilege that isn't available to all and are keen on making the app available to a larger audience. The app will run on Mac/Windows/Linux.
In addition to making it usable without a smartphone, the desktop Interface app will also include one very important feature – screen sharing. This will make it possible for a Caller or Expert to share their screen for problems or questions related to computer usage/programming etc.

Yes, the rating system deserves special attention. This is an extremely thought-out and effective solution. This is what allows people not to worry because of the lack of documents on education and so on. You are assessed for your skills and competence. And not for paper.
