Yes, there is a clause in the road map that talks about the possibility of group calls. So you can collect a whole group of children and teach a foreign language or whatever

No confirmation of education is needed. You just register as an expert and start working. The rating system will raise you for a good job, and lower it if you are an incompetent specialist

Quite a logical system. A kind of incentive for better and more productive work.
