We seleted to use evolutionary way instead of  revolutionary way. The essence of Ecex.Exchange

In essence, Ecex Exchange is Stock Exchange and Depository together. Though the initial target of the platform is debts related (https://ico.ecex.exchange/ecex-exchange-trading-platform-as-a-debtor-tool/)  the platform in development is in it's core universal. It could handle cryptocurrency, standard shares, or some future instruments not even know at the moment.
From the staring moment, we have to keep in mind in development that it will be a global project, not targeted to single country or market. This will bring on another level of complexity.
We will use where possible several ready products and services what will need obtaining licenses to proceed. Of course, also additional customization and integration are needed.

Because of global approach we expect to get signifficant benefit. We acknowledge that for classical instruments there can be market limitations from region to region, but initial target is to bring out totally new debt market model. The fact the we will be able to trade any share, cryptocurrency or other instrument is extra bonus. Also it is possible that one day cryptocurrencies are regulated as traditional financial instrumens. If this daycomes then we would like to be ready to offer this service.

We do not rule out automated smart contract payments entirely, but our business model fundamental agreement take place between our client and we have only advisable and deliberative role. Automated payments capabilities can be used on our Trading Platform regarding trading service fees and on same side-products as phone payments or wallet services.
