We will make all the shares tradeable on our own exchange. It does not make much sense to list them on a 3rd-party exchange in our opinion.

That is true, we might want to change that on the platform then.

It is via email, because that is the safest until the new platform is launched, but as i heard from multiple people, it is way to complicated. That is why i will now write a second way to invest that is way easier! Stay tuned!

Basically the income that will be distributed to stakeholder consist of the following sources:

   

• Tradingfees of the exchange; 50% of all trading fees will be distributed to the stakeholders (25% are for costs and 25% are for the founders)
• Investment-gain-fees; 80% of those fees will be distributed (This fee occurs when the site-bankroll increases)
