I don't understand why the DEV is holding tight to his coins.

Even if the DEV has premined this coin, he still has time to correct things and to redistribute the coin, so that other people can enjoy the HIPOS while it lasts.

How exactly are dissenters going to be "punished"??

Will you stop them buying your highly premined coin on the exchange? The volume on YoShit is 0.01 BTC for the last 24 hours - or around 4 bucks USD!
Trying to censor people who are only speaking the truth - the coin IS highly centralised - will end badly and only serves to show that they are telling the exact truth.
I have been more vocal on this coin than any other because I BELIEVE that a dump to 1 sat is inevitable, the loopy POS structure makes it a near certainty.
