And I understand that - I don't want to appear unreasonable - but it is the LACK of information from the outset that has done the damage.
People need to UNDERSTAND the reason WHY you went for a pitifully short POW period followed by a MENTALLY high POS structure and topped off with a stupidly small POW reward to infinity.
You have given no reasons for those decisions, which leads to a lack of faith in the coin.
From outside your inner circle it all LOOKS very dodgy and, when called on it, you have given no reason for the premine apart from "for future development and bounties" - that is the clarion call of the premine scammer. During the POW phase the POS rewards started staking at block 100, by that time you had a 210,000 stash ready to stake while ALL OTHER MINERS could only muster 2100 IN TOTAL. Think about how that looks to the observer. You are hammering out the stakes while ALL OTHERS are fighting for the scraps from your table.
