ATTENTION:
I just lost 2 mil JPCs because of a bug.

It wasn't "because of a bug".

It was because you don't have the private key for your coin address and never did have.

Always print it out before you do anything else after creating a new address that's going to contain a significant amount in it.

nah he just a backup of his wallet, don't need your priv key everytime, better to save the whole wallet, because there are hidden address

There's no point linking to the Explorer as it is not accurate.

What do you mean with the explorer is not accurate?
Thanks.

Exactly that. It's normally behind the block chain or, like now, unavailable.

weve been adding more votes every hour(lots) and were still in 33rd place.  look like all the sites above us have strong communitys voting.

so i propose we each chip in $50 worth of JPC till we have 1 BTC and then move up 1,000 votes

if it works out well do it again in a daY or two

lookingat it more if we canget 2BTC well be in top 20. then more people will notice and take a look at the coin

thats only 25 at mose for 600,000JPC each

ShareXCoin is down since 24 hrs. No word from the dev and there are reports that he tried to dump some QORA at Poloniex. It's got scam written all over it.

I had just deposit some JPC at ShareXCoin (661106.78843152).

Do you know if it is possible to trace that money?
Can I alert the other exchanges to make sure he does not sell it?
(I'm not very good in "reading" the block explorers or whatever is needed... help please...)

you should always backup your file, regardless of everything that would happen or would not happen, anyway never seen this daemon "bug"

another client was reporting a wrong diff displayed, it's possible there are bug in the daemon too reletaed to this

Yeah I know, but I think you misunderstood me.
I don't complain about me won't backup my wallet.dat and then lost it. Don't backup the wallet is my stupid mistake so I won't complain about it. And I want here some advices about what possibly causes the problem, not the general advice " you should backup your wallet, blah blah". Thanks for your concerning but its not need.
I report here about the daemon corrupted my wallet.dat and then automatically deleted it. It would be a disaster for anybody so it is worth for the OP to look at.

it's just a bug, can't be anything else, need to be corrected

ATTENTION:
I just lost 2 mil JPCs because of a bug.
Somehow I didn't update my wallet for a while and yesterday I noticed that my wallet was in a wrong fork so I clone the newest source and compile the new wallet.
After that I delete all files in the .JacpotCoin directory except the wallet.dat and JackpotCoin.conf files.
I started the daemon and it shows:
Code:
JackpotCoin: wallet.dat corrupt, salvage failed
Doom. It deleted my wallet with my 2 mil JPCs in it, even WITHOUT asking me anything.
I started the daemon again and it's syncing now, but i got total new wallet address and so on.

Well I just throw 150$ through the window, and it's even not my fault.

Anyone has experienced the same thing? How about the OP looks at this problem and takes care of it, to be sure that nobody lost funds like me again.

backup? you should always have one, but if those coin were always in the wrong fork, then nothing can be done about it, they weren't never gained...

I didn't backup it because it is something I did a lot. Old daemon gets in wrong fork and update the new client. My coins are in the right fork. I said that only the daemon was is the wrong fork so I just update it.
Here is my address if you want to look at
Code:
http://explorer.jackpotcoin.info/address/JhFn11HXnK9Dr6o9HYxQXKkBEULxNeK2qy

What I want to say with this report is that something never been happened to me. And I'm not newbie or so whatever. It happens alot in crypto that your clients become outdate and you need to update the new client. But it is the first time for me that the daemon after update says that wallet.dat corrupt, salvage failed and deleted my wallet.dat
It is something serious to be look at, in order to pretend it happens again with another users.

Any ideas what's happening? For about 2 days i cannot send by easy (auto) or expert mode. Every send transaction finish in failure like that one in the picture. I've tried sending whole balance, half, even 1 coin, every time i get the same error -.-'
It's not connected with deposit address, cause I've tried allcrypt and bittrex, no diffrence.
After every try of sending transaction i gotta use "repairwallet" option, cause after failure i get wrong balance info.
I've tried deleting everything in appdata/roaming/jackpotcoin except "wallet.dat" and ".lock", then rebuilding index chain by downloading it up from the beginning, but as always, nothing changed, and all time I'm getting error while trying to send some JPC.
Ingoing transactions are working.
If any1 know what's the reason of the failure and how to avoid it I'd be glad for any help. Thank you

I had pretty much the same problem with my cinni wallet. Here's what I wrote about that: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7026916

Basically I had a saved wallet from right after I first downloaded it (I had yet to receive any coins). I used that version of the .dat file to fix everything. I hope you get it fixed; I know it's frustrating.

@criss

check your previous transactions,
http://explorer.jackpotcoin.info/address/youraddresshere

Also review transaction log in your wallet.

Are there any transaction you don't recognize?

I've found one of that kind, and i cannot find it in my explorer info.
