just finished building the x64 cpu miner mod in my sig with Visual Studio 2010.
tried out the benchmark and then i am now on a pool with it Smiley

I appreciate anyone developing for the community, so don't take this the wrong way, but I thought I'd share that I'm still getting twice the hashrate on Ig0tik3d's cpu miner on my i7(2630QM).  I'm pulling 520 kh/s from his release, and 230-240 kh/s for sse2 and 4 with this build.  I assume it's simply because you're likely working on AVX2 more than the older stuff.  Just sharing for a heads up and for anyone else who needs info on cpu mining.

I haven't bothered trying it on my newer rigs because those gpu mine anyway and running a cpu miner is more detrimental to the gpu miner than the cpu miner makes up for.  That i7 rig is a four year old laptop with a fermi card, but it's still nice to get decent hashes on its cpu.

way back i checked my Cloudminer block stats once and it said i had found about 12 total.
way later i see it says now 6+1 from 2 workers.. i have been rotating 3 workers all along too.
i know it said 12 like a week or two ago so that is weird.. i wonder if the stats were reset before ?

for a while now i have run 2 cpu's close to 1mh/s on Cloudminer and my radeon 7950 at about 2mh/s on the Hashfaster pool.
being able to see worker data is cool.. you don't get much for that at Hashharder.
funny how both have similar low hash rates all along and people dog pile on that other pool ..bummer
even it out guys come on.. your not helping things or getting much if anything more by stacking on one pool.

if people were smart they would do what i do and divide up your miners on as many pools as possible..
after all that increases your chances of getting in on a big winning Jackpot Smiley

port is unchanged? does not seem to work

Not sure I understand... use stratum.cloudminers.net:3338 or jpc.stratum.cloudminers.net:3338?

Mintpal really is a SH*t hot exchange now.

I think it's blows everything away - apart from maybe BTCe which isn't as pretty but sure is a workhorse that can function under heavy stress.

It just shows you how locked down the authorities have cryptos the fact that high grade professional exchanges can't get Fiat gateways for love nor money.

In my view, they're only covertly demonstrating what they're scared sh*tless of admitting publicly - that the fiat money system is under massive threat from cryptos.

It's under threat on two fronts - technological and economical. The technological threat is obviously the ditching of the counterparty in any financial transaction (otherwise known as 'banks'). The economic one is that it puts unlevered money straight in the hands of the public. Thats never happened before since the days of gold coins. If you have an unlevered base money system operating in parallel with a highly levered credit money system that only has 1 chair for every 10 people standing, it's clear where the herd is going to run in a crisis.

Major interesting times ahead.

As nvidia numbers are BS, and pools somehow saying the hashrate reported in the miner is right, how many solo blocks a day are you getting a day on your "correctly" reporting AMD cards? Loads i bet?

trolling ?

clarify your question if you want a serious answer Wink

quit being a lapdog fanboy for the two Chris's lol
they themselves said what i said before i can screen cap their comments and post source code samples like i ALREADY said.

saying nvidia is so great at mining this coin while they deliberately used shortcuts and code reworking to compare to stock code
being used by cpu miners and Radeon users is pure bullshit and misleading.. comparing apples and oranges is what it is.. an unfair comparison.
make both use the same code and comeback and talk buddy..

and ps my cpu miner works great Smiley

i did what they did pretty much almost a year ago..
old news so yeah i know what i am talking about.. i used the same concept and implemented it on Quark coin (mid last year)
AND i also did it on Cudaminer mid last year too and shared the files with shit loads of people lol

your barking up the wrong tree fanboy Wink

don't care what you guys think.. i have plenty of reasons to not like many of you and have stated them already.
one of the key and old school devs told me mid last year he thought chubner was an asshole on chat and i laughed
because i didn't bring it up and i had come to the same conclusion lol
go read the Cudaminer change log and see the stratum error he said he fixed..
When i claimed it was a problem he acted like a massive asshole to me and mouthed me off and then went on to ignore me..
2 months later he released a fix for it.. even though other people said it was a problem all along..
and i told him i fixed it 2 months before he released his.. and after all that his fix didn't even work and
he didn't say sorry Spoentik your were right months ago sorry for being an asshole.

that was incident no.1 waaaaay back of the guy being an ungrateful snotty arrogant mouthy prick.. to me.
and if ya wanna blow em ? go hard i won't stop ya lol

Nvidiots can kiss my ass.. and the Github comment saying,

Quote
Now go and OWN these coins with your nVidia advantage!

from https://github.com/cbuchner1/ccminer/releases

..his admitting to using a cheat to take advantage of this coin before block 6k and not giving out
any compiled windows binaries to flash mine this coin and with a cheating miner is classy shit lol

all the bragging on the cudaminer topic is pretty vulgar shit..

and look who i am talking to ? the guy who compiled that cheating miner when i asked about it before lol
the lapdog that has been sharing builds for his lovers chris and chris since January lol
three of you make private miners and steal coins with cheat miners so maybe stfu ? hhaha

and coding ? your such a moron i had to tell you you can't compile for Fermi because of the _shfl instruction used
even though you offered to build it for people (which is impossible)
which proves i know lots and you fuck all son lol

run along now cheerleader..

I mean how long does it take after you load it and unlock it, for it to start staking? 1 min, 10, 1 hour, 10 hours?

If your coins are aged by at least 1 day already, then staking occurs anytime during the next 24 hour period.

It depends if they are all 1 bug lump of the same age or staggered as to how often a day it stakes. Leave it a day unlocked and you should start to see the interest payments stack up in the transaction list (with a 'mined' symbol next to them if it's the QT wallet).

I sometimes don't see anything for 10 hours and then 3 new transactions appear in the space of half an hour.

got a pm about the cpu miner mod i am working on about this coin and i left some long winded comments on my sig link for it Wink
i did not add any new versions since the other day but i have added new features and am testing Smiley
my miner mod project is FAR from dead.. lots of good ideas that will not be a big deal to add.. very doable stuff.
Yeah, I wonder who that was. Wink

Anyway, I can't get my wallet to stake. Sad How long does it usually take for you guys?

not long i think a day or two and you only have to make sure your wallet is on 24/7 unlocked i think.
staked coins have a different icon in the main section in the wallet too so you can quickly see where the deposit came from.
