I have a fair amount of hash power in the pool and I would appreciate you posting on the pool announcements page/on this thread with the transaction Id/corresponding worker name for the 50% payouts so far.

THanks man! I think that must have been it. The time gap between finding blocks was surely small, and (well, looking at my miner now) I see that I submit shares anywhere from 1sec to 45secs apart. Just my luck then -- my miner failed to submit shares on the winning round! XD
Want to say my word about exchanges:
First of all, coin is too young to get to Cryptsy or even Mintpal. Volume is too small yet.
We need to get to it step by step as all other coins did:
1. Let's get onto good small exchange like Bittrex or Swisscex
2. After that onto bigger one, i.e. Poloniex
3. Only then onto Mintpal and Cryptsy.
Now with volume of ~1-2BTC/day it's impossible to get into good big exchange
