I have to say, mining this coin is the most fun I had in a long time mining alt coins. now, if miningpoolhub stays to his word, and gives the finder 50% of the jackpot while splitting the other 50% among the other miners, other pools will have to do the same. Otherwise, miningpoolhub will get A LOT of new miners soon, while the other pools will lose them.

I don't expect massive price increases now, but as soon as PoS kicks fully in, this is getting really interesting...

Now that the Jackpot mechanism has proven itself to be working, we can expect a rise in price.

+1

this is a great coin, with many original features Smiley

i just checked these

minep.it
hashharder
cloudminer
miningpoolhub

none of them got the block, it seems it is a solominer

This is how the true random works: when the people find the lucky block (indicated by its hash), he will be paid by a normal payout 1st (90,000 in this case - because at the time when the value of a block is defined, we don't know the blockhash yet). Now at next block, we will verify the previous block hash, if it matches the superblock, then we send (jackpot - normal-payout) (in this case 89,910,000) to the address that received the previous block.

This ensures that's no cheating in the random process, as no one will know what is the lucky one until it happens.

So the one who gets block 26550 got the jackpot!

Therefore looks like miningpoolhub got it!
it doesn't show up there nor 26550

Just front end is not showing POS blocks, which gave the difference in Superblock and block. So pool operator should send coins manually...

Jackpotcoin Mining Pool Hub

http://jackpotcoin.miningpoolhub.com

Now we adjusted coin payouts when Jackpot block is found!

Block finder will get 50% of all and others will get 50% of it.
How do you think this payout?
I think it would satisfy solo miners who want big jackpot for himself alone.

We can roll back at anytime, we just want to hear from you.

Congratulations, you hit the jackpot!

does the height/superblock not represent the block number?

Looks like really it's a pool:

This address already has 440 transactions out. So it's definitely a pool.
