when I seen KARMA first time I like its logo.. let it be. Can you imagine this logo at Lamborghini? No because nobody want BABY elephant car. It is cute, but not good for serious product. This coin need simple and more mature logo. Give it time..

IMHO it look like logo for infants. I thought after first look it is some seal.

lol, i guess it's all about perspective. I just thought karma could use a more playful appearance since the idea behind the coin is to do good. I didn't think the current logo conveyed that idea, and a generic letter 'K' would probably have felt too corporate and overdone at this point.
Looks good, I like the ear detail.
What about experimenting with a blue tint to the elephant? Might contrast nicely with the yellow border.

Good work and just about anything is better than the current logo but I do NOT think this is a winner. Sorry. Just my opinion of course but it needs to stay within the borders of the circle. I believe and the elephant is a bit weird looking; cute maybe but weird cute. The colors are all faded as well. Nice try though. Sending a little Karma to your wallet now for effort.
Thanks for the karmas =) took in some of your advice and made some adjustments. I can see that this might not be your style though lol. All good, just thought I'd give it a shot.

Update from the dev team:
Hi everyone, I wanted to send out a quick update:
- Coinmarket.io being down has caused altcoinstats.com, coinmarketcap.com, coinwarz, etc to be off as they were pointing to their API. Hopefully they get back online
- (As many probably know) The rewards system has been updated successfully so we no longer can be exploited by large miners gaming the random rewards
- The current rewards (510,000 coins per block) will halve in only 2 weeks, making it again harder to mine and should make the coins we have today more valuable
- The site will be completed on Saturday or Sunday. The delay is because the web team thought it was necessary to have all the functionality including the ability for people to post their stories to and ask/give Karma from those stories. It made more sense to launch it all at the same time.
We will give you more updates as we get closer to launch, we know many are waiting for it and the volunteer web team is working as fast as they can. They have taken the next few days off of their day jobs as well to finish it up.

That's a dumb move. Dumping at 6 I understand - we hadn't hit six in days - dumping at 5 is just far too much risk for far too little.

haha trust me i hate being in the spotlight. but truthfully is that when this coin is at the top of their list. it is being introduced to way more people then by ANN here. SO it is a double edge sword. On one side it brings the mine and dumps , on the other side it introduces to new miner and it help spread the coins around.
Once the reward is less. it will be harder of them to mine and dump a lot of coins. therefore less sell = more buyers = rise in offers
of course then the rise in price will increase and it will make mining profitable again and the big whales will come. Hence the rinse and repeat cycle. But as we have seen , gradually this coins moves forward 1 satoshi each time. last time it was 1-2 , now it is 3-4. Soon it will be a steady 4-5.
I believe it will drop back to 3 once more then it will be up. hard bottom floor at 5 with 10 satoshis spikes.
