Karmacoin is TOO young to be diluting the core message. I would suggest saving the "light-hearted" humorous fundraising
for when karmacoin has established itself as a "serious" contender for helping those less fortunate than Vladimir Putin.
There are too many people on this planet that require more help than Vladimir Putin would ever need...
Serious thought and contemplation is required before going ahead with this project....

Spot on, please don't do anything political even as a joke. Choose another campaign we can all get behind that is non-controversial with a very reasonable funding obkective. I mean, this one is 1 billion Karma?

we've been discussing this for weeks, now. There were very few suggestions. Our community is currently too small to 'get behind' anything, much less something that all of us can agree on
We need a bigger community, now. This means greater exposure, now. This means the biggest media push (now).
Again, only 76% of the Dogecoin community supported the Jamaican Bobsled drive.
The only campaigns that would get the greatest number of people behind are likely neutral campaigns that will not get us the exposure that we need now. While they're noble causes, we can certainly save them for later.
We're open to suggestions and action. But, again, we've been talking about a kind of campaign like this for a while now. It is not unexpected.

personally I would advised against taking up any political campaigns.. Russia has some of the best hackers and botnet operators in the world and even if they weren't supported by the state they could still wreak havoc on a small network-hash coin like Karma.
sure, support the poor people of Ukraine.. but please don't pick a fight with Putin or Russian nationalists (even as a joke).. that's a fight you wont win I'm afraid.. and Russians aren't known for their liberal sense of humor..

Agreed, there are several successful coins that never had miners to begin with. The miners will come back when the value of Karma goes back up, not the other way around.

This is the biggest alt crypto currency. When I`ve suggested to switch algo to X11 the price was 21 litoshi and i told you that it won`t stay even on 16 litoshi. Now is 9 litoshi and I am telling you that you will see it falling to 4 litoshi and Karma will be removed from bitcoin market on Mintpal. One thing must be known - If a coin can not attract miners, there is no way for it to attract investors. Miners are the advocates of the coin.

We need more involvement from you. Dev created and distributed Karma. Community's job is to raise the value of the coin. So stop bitching and go spread Karma. Talk to people about this coin. Post stories to your forums and social networks. Follow the threads here and spread the ideas. Sitting on your ass, waiting and yelling at somebody else, because he is not doing your job won't help our cause.
