depends on how long you wait.after it is notarized to BTC chain, then BTC chain would need to be changed, so it seems pretty secure

Great progress with Komodo with all the news here and there. It will be great once all the cryto currencies are up back to the December of 2017 level. I enjoy reading KMD's updates and progress daily. Great work.

Pondsea showed a few screenshots in Slack but the github is hidden and they're tight lipped about progress. Sometime ago he expected a release in april, save roadblocks.

The voting is coming down to the wire and I see my boy xrobesx is in a tight race to retain his role as a North American node operator. Being that xrobesx has successfully and reliably operated a node since testnet, this vote really is a no-brainer imo.
I've been close friends with xrobesx for over three years now and I can attest to his unparalleled dedication and exuberance for this job. Not to mention, his overall passion for the Komodo and SuperNet projects as a whole. This guy lives, eats and sleeps all things KMD and SN and has been that way since 2014
For more proof, look no further than CHIPS first mining pool, which xrobesx is solely responsible for. In fact, he took the initiative and created that pool specifically for this community.
I never feel like I'm behind on my KMD/SN knowledge because this guy makes an effort to ensure I'm always up to speed. He doesn't have to do things like this, but he does. And not for any other reason than the fact that he loves his role as a KMD/SN evangelist.
I could continue, but I think it's pretty clear this guy deserves a position as a North American node operator.

When you download movie from internet you also received "unused" information that never been used when you watch video - for example, TCP/IP headers, HTTP(S) protocol data and other. It's needed by your OS, but not you. When you downloading blockchain - there is also exists data exchange with other network nodes, but principles of this exchange is a little big harder than just HTTP download and "overhead" is bigger. p.s. https://yadi.sk/d/lL6WEM1V3TtfEQ - here is full synced KMD blockchain. Feel free to use it with komodod, Agama in Native Mode or komodo-qt.

I still wait a block chain download from komodo website.
You can ask somebody to upload fully synced blockchain for you somewhere, but as ComputerGenie metioned above - you can't download it from official KomodoPlatform site, because it decentralized P2P network.De-centralized ok but downloading blockchain 3 days old forget it 7/14 days old will not make it centralized.
Or you mean there will be several blockchains in some time in the future so downloading from somewhere will make that node ---> center of komodo?
Anyway this is going nowhere.
for 3 gb block chain data i cannot download 60 gb data (already did 50% by not knowing it). And noone here knows where is the "NOT USED 30 Gb of data" at my pc?
