What most dont understand is that KMD is like wine, it gets better with age  Cheesy

In all seriousness, this is a long term project. James has been doing this for 3 years so short term price fluctuations means nothing.

Hard to believe it has been 3 years already
actually it is close to 4 years

Is there a concise overview of where KMD is at right now?  Some kind of short write-up that sums up goals that are close and the different areas working along with them?

Post or link would be great.  Like the project, just lot's of info to try to follow.

Thank you.

How much space does the blockchain currently need?
~2.2GB
My sinc stucks at december 2016 it always gives me a zdeamon error. Somebody else gots that Problem?

Yes the swing wallet did this to me on 2 different computers. The only wallet that works for me is the command line wallet:
https://github.com/SuperNETorg/Agama/releases/download/v0.2.0.2a-beta/non-gui-win.zip

instructions on using it:
https://support.supernet.org/solution/articles/29000013922-komodo-platform-command-line-on-windows

I'm very happy with the KMD dev team. They helped me with this issue after I created a ticket on the support area of http://www.komodoplatform.com/
Thanks guys!

The latest binaries are here https://artifacts.supernet.org/latest/ for all OS.

Version 2a is bit old now.

question about the interest in AGAMA wallet. I can see i collected interest in the wallet, do i need to claim it, or is it automaticly mine Cheesy

Kindly read this article about claiming interest in KMD

https://supernet.org/en/resources/articles/receive-free-coins-quaranteed-kmd-interest

Try to sent your KMD to yourself is worth the trick if the interest earned is 10 kmd or more. That is how compound interest works.

So, are you saying we can send KMD from the same address as we send it to?  Or, do we need to create a second wallet address so that we can send coins back and forth from one wallet to our wallet?

You can send from AND to the same address.

D3Legacy, if you want to join the slack I can give you real time support. Alternatively you can open a support ticket at the following URL:
https://support.supernet.org/support/tickets/new

What version of the wallet are you using?

If you're on windows, go to
C:\Users\[youruser]\AppData\Roaming\Komodo.
Backup wallet.dat, check that your komodo.conf is valid. Then delete all other files other than wallet.dat and komodo.conf.

It may be useful for you to delete C:\Users\[youruser]\AppData\Roaming\ZcashParams and redownload it as well.

Please reach out if you need further support.

Thank you for the answer. Greatly appreciated.

The main hold is the most recent blocks.  Typical behavior of clients  but I am sure that optimizations will come in due time.
