So, another one buy-and-stake model to involve new evangelists? Cannot get why Komode is better then existing POS solutions. Maybe someone explains.

staking requires actively running a node and staking a block and with a small amount this might not happen for a long time.

It also limits to a single address per block that can collect interest.

With KMD, there is no need to run a node and also no limit (other than tx per block) as to the number of address that can collect.

So, it is much more efficient, fair and allows more people to collect interest.

And this is just one of the most minor features of KMD

I would wait for the next build. He pinpointed some bugs and are waiting on the fix to initiate testing. We will make an announcement and updates the links once it's ready.

This has probably been asked before but my Agama wallet (v0.2.0.22a) stays over an hour on "Activating best chain" and "loading data please wait" on the blue bar under it.
At the bottom of the window we can also read "Synchronization is in progress..."

This happens every single time I open the wallet.

I suppose this is not intended ? Is there anything I can do about it ? Or just wait for a dev fix ?

You don't need the wallet to stake/earn interest Komodo. It is automatically happening on the blockchain, in this way you are not losing any. You actually don't do anything to earn the interest, only send a small amount or full amount to any address to claim the interest. Try the CLI version on Windows or Linux, it is working.
