Could be because of Labour Day, I know a lot of firms are slower to operate over this period.

Executing orders on their recommendation seems to be a good option for newcomers in this area. No I'm not using VPN. Since I'm from Miami as your exchange identifies it. If I send some BTC, it means my funds could be frozen for a while. Or if I'm a bounty hunter and identified as from Miami my stakes wouldn't be credited to my account.

Can you tell us what is your relationship with Bitgo?
