I was surprised however that Koinpro told me:
IP: 162.XXX.XXX.XX
Location: Miami
But I'm no way near US. Is this exchange for real? It looks not very sophisticated and would likely be a scam.
My question is that if my country isn't listed when I tried registering using my phone, does it mean my countrymen aren't welcome?
"The Company does not onboard corporate accounts of entities located in, established in, or a resident of the United States of America, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Iran, Syria, or North Korea. The Company also does not onboard corporate accounts located in or a resident of Antigua or Barbuda."
Hello!
Perhaps the reason for that happening is that you're using a VPN? Only countries from the list above are not welcome.
You can read more about how the exchange works:

And regarding the insurance doc. it includes information about the insurance itself
No I'm not using VPN. Since I'm from Miami as your exchange identifies it. If I send some BTC, it means my funds could be frozen for a while. Or if I'm a bounty hunter and identified as from Miami my stakes wouldn't be credited to my account.
Can you tell us what is your relationship with Bitgo?
