It has a very small mining window and there are some downfalls in diff that is better not to lose. If you could put a decent hashing in it...better buying than mining

So what? Do you think ocminer is going to risk his reputation to double-spend nearly valueless coins on a brand new blockchain? PoW mining only lasts another couple days anyway.
