POW and POS have different difficulty, the block explorer has now been updated to show higher precision (5 decimal places) and the logo updated 
You will see more POS blocks because thats the way POS works
the difficulty is adjusted every block and POS and POW have different difficulty.
if you are in the QT client you can goto the console and type:
getdifficulty
{
"proof-of-work" : 8.16623987,
"proof-of-stake" : 0.00083959,
"search-interval" : 1
}
this was due to the explorer using 3 decimal precision and the POS diff was < 0.001. The chain has a 2 minute block time, that includes both POS and POW as with all other POS/POW Coins.
Its not unknown, use the query in your client or find the last POW block.
Why I am seeing only one PoW block every 30 minutes in the explorer?
You will see more POS blocks because thats the way POS works

I see, didnt know that block time is shared between PoS and PoW. Wonder why other coins dont have 15:1 PoS to PoW block ratio.
I will have a great problem fetching PoW diff from explorer. Most times my query would return PoS difficulty which is useless for the site.
I have seen before ABE explorers to output pow/pos diff on the same query, but no idea how you could implement it. Well for now single coin site stays, will add to list only when I can read pow diff every 3 minutes.

not really. if nobody sells but there is so many coisn in ciruclation and such hashrate.. it means people are stacking it and waiting for real prices.
