personally I dumped this coin on bittrex, I can wait if there are positive news from devs. But here there are clearly no plans nor roadmap.

The first three things I would do to keep LIRE alive:
1) Clear up the issue of the missing coins from the premine addresses that 'cryptomass' pointed out.
2) Destroy the coins meant for the airdrop and provide proof; cutting the supply nearly in half.
3) Drop the specific country coin aspect and make LIRE a generic electronic version of the lira; several countries have used the lira as their currency.
I'm a bit disappointed in the dev and the outcome of this coin, but I'll stick around and I'll probably invest a bit of btc into their new project BitBurst as well. The dev is clearly technically competent, but the handling of their coins after release could be much better.

You can't worry about the value too much. The incentive to claim shouldn't be 'free cash' for Italian people, they must be able to use it somehow. Other than that, you must do your best so this coin is available if Italian people need it. They might decide they need it in a hurry if there is a problem with the Euro for example, can they exchange Euros for Lira Elletronica as well as claim it?
