You are getting extremely defensive

I'm simply answering your questions, and to clarify: what I'm being is hostile. It's due to your ignorance and refusal to read.

You are getting extremely defensive. I was just talking that the point you brought up about making profit btw that sites selling LoL skins and has uploaded images of the games characters yet has no affiliation with Riot.

All i see is info on current coin with a picture used as a breaker? Whats difference between that and some youtuber or twitch person putting in a random LoL pic on their info as they make money of it?

The difference is that they're not banking on using an existing company's brand awareness as a marketing vehicle to promote their product.

Isn't that exactly what gamers on youtube and twich do? Leaguecoin has said its not linked to riot in anyway providing more a shop service? Its not claiming those gfx as their own material more like an online game shop having a pic as what they will be selling?

A single youtuber or twitch streamer isn't sued because youtube and twitch removes the content when violations happen.

Have fun with your delusions. Please read the substantial similarity article. Enough time hasn't passed since you posted for you to have even a basic understanding of it.

Whats difference between http://www.buylolskins.com/ and use of images in this thread?

Just read the article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Substantial_similarity

Your examples are just grasping at straws now.

And since you're so keen on asking a bunch of pointless questions, here's what the above statement means:

LeagueCoin Current Developments:

Our strategy is to build a solid infrastructure surrounding LeagueCoin to ensure immediate adoption. League Of Legends players worldwide will be drawn to LeagueCoin via our platforms and tip-bots. All projects updates: http://leaguecoin.co/forum/index.php?topic=8.0

With 27 million daily players, LOL will grow at a healthy pace.
[/center]

1. League of Legends Tip-Bot

The one aspect to League of Legends that is missing is a tip-bot. LeagueCoin will be the currency of this innovation.

2. League of Legends Digital Marketplace (Skin shop, Levelling, Strategy Guides)

This platform will allow for League of Legends players to buy and sell in-game merchandise and digital products. This will essentially be an eBay specifically for LoL! Everything from skins to strategy guides will be available for payment in LeagueCoin.

3. League of Legends Champion Series Gambling Platform

The League of Legends Championship Series (http://na.lolesports.com) is a worldwide competition for League of Legends pro players. We are currently developing a platform that allows the 27 million daily players to bet on the outcome of this huge event. Users will also be able to watch live Champion Series games & chat with millions of people while betting on the team you back.

4. LeagueCoin Official Multipool(ETA two weeks after launch)

Feel free to ask any questions via PM or Email ([email protected]), and thanks for reading.

Not for profit though putting a random picture in a forum post isn't for profit otherwise most threads with memes would be having legal issues. Wouldn't that fair use policy have any effect here?

What part of the LeagueCoin Current Developments in the OP seem like they're non-profit?

one more question
are you in any kind of form connected to the LOL makers?
or will u get sued soon ?
fr me there are 2 options :
* it will skyrock because they are connected
* it will crash to zero

Name one case that has favored the side of the party who is using the registered copyrights and trademarks of a company without permission.

Can't?

Your answer is: it will crash to zero.

http://leaguecoin.co/forum/index.php?topic=5.msg17#msg17 nice try though =p

You must have missed the part where they're blatantly ripping off in-game graphics in the OP, the name of the coin, and its trading symbol.

Nice try, though Tongue

B. Copy, photocopy, reproduce, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, derive source code from, or disassemble, in whole or in part, the Software or the Game, or create derivative works based on the Game, except that you are authorized to (i) make one (1) copy of the Software and the Documentation for personal archival purposes only; and (ii) use third party image and video capture software to capture the output of the Software as audio, video and/or still image files solely for personal, not for profit use pursuant to the Terms of Use and any applicable Riot Games policies pertaining to audio or video creation;

Quote
D. Removing, altering or concealing any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights notices of Riot Games contained in the Game and/or the Software. You also may not transmit content that violates or infringes the rights of others, including without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity, personal rights or other proprietary or non-proprietary rights;

http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/eula

And if you think that skating around the issue by side-stepping legalities through the use of LOL as the trading symbol of the coin or LeagueCoin as the name, then you must be grossly unfamiliar with copyright law.
