You have multiple instances of Lisk open. It can't work like that because 2 (or more) apps are using the port 8000 on your system.
Solution:
Get all docker container id's:
docker ps -a
Stop all docker container (replace container_id with your own id), you have to do this step for every new id:
docker stop container_id

Solution:

you dont use trade for lisk on bloombit.net. their wallet systems not working. if you try send lisk, their deposit can't see any coin on blockchain. i have 2000 over confirm but still not seen in the deposit page. i wrote support and saying same think. this " The problem has Lisk network. All exchanges have problems. We hope they will fix it asap."

current price is deeply underestimated, i think 1$ per Lisk is going to happen pretty soon, network is finally getting stable which is one of the requirements for the price rise ofc.
