I'm getting "account has no LISK" on this second backup cluster. But I do have, it's there on my balance.

Any clues?

I have to say I'm pissed off now. This has been a total cluster fuck!!!

You should not have to be a fuckin computer programer to retrieve some fuckin coins you paid for and have been patiently waiting for.

Lol you do realize this is a platform for computer programmers, correct?  Roll Eyes

If I coould login i'm sure I could figure it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try this:

The first cluster is definitely out of sync along with the official https://explorer.lisk.io/. Second one will work for people.

RTFM and stop whining. You can easily build the wallet in a virtual machine, deploy it to a VPS, or deploy it to a Docker container. You do not need to log in you just have to use your eyes and read the documentation. If it is too hard for you then you should have researched what you were buying into before jumping in head first. It was clearly stated this was a platform targeted towards app developers and it has had an active testnet you could have deployed locally for months and been prepared for this.

Everyone keep in mind that typical users shouldn't need to install anything to access their accounts or to send / receive Lisk. They can use the official wallets or trusted community run wallets.

The major problem with launch that hurt the entire process was that the main official wallet got hammered and just couldn't take the load. Should they have been more prepared for this? Sure, I would give you that, but the most concurrent connections during testing was 1/1000th of what they are seeing now.

Give them time to setup server clusters and backups and balance the load on the main wallet and everything will get much smoother.

Also, for some of you, it may be a saving grace that you couldn't log in right now or transfer. The price will rebound and stabilize and you may end up better off in the long run.

You CHOSE to invest in this project. No guarantees can ever be made as to the success of a project. This is their first public release. How many Kickstarter projects made hundreds of thousands and never delivered a single project.

Lisk is working, the wallet IP and now the backup they posted are just getting hammered with connections (and possibly other things). That is the biggest issue they are facing right now and they will work through it.

If you just invested for a 5 second flip and to run away with your profits, I don't feel bad for you at all. Next time do better homework and get a better understanding of what you are investing in and the possible issues that might arise at such a major launch. Don't throw around your money if you have such thin skin.

I am not able to send coins from the web wallet. The whole thing gets stuck when I hit the Send Lisk button.

Same thing happened to me, just wait a minute or so. It should send.
