What do you all think will be the required voting power for the 101 in mainnet?

I made a rough guesstimate here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.14540016, but it is difficult to perform exact forecasts right now.

I wouldnt be surprised if the Accounts with 100+ BTC vote several nodes into top 101 which belong to themselves  Roll Eyes

so a delegate will need the support of at least three hundred voters to become a member of the magic 101 circle?

There's other considerations.  Not all testnet users are equal, some are now whales.  Several have hit the faucets repeatedly and accumulated a lot.  Plus, the 101 have forged a lot and most now have 10,000 - 20,000 each.  So you can become a testnet delegate if you get 15-20 out of the testnet 101 to sponsor you.

Max, Oliver and Joel have pulled out of instantly putting people in the 101 with their testnet millions and the testnet is now adjusting to "new rules and realities" that came into effect only a few days ago.  It is not "voting chaos", but almost.

Wasn't the faucet limit one per address?
How did they accumulate a lot of lisk?
Can you tell us some nicknames?

most faucets can be spammed by changing your ip address

Historically, MarketCap ranking is directly proportional to Coin Popularity.

Based on graph below, clearly Lisk will reach #3 on MarketCap soon after launch.

So probably $300M-$500M MarketCap, which means Lisk should be at $3 to $5

When Lisk's popularity surpasses Ethereum's popularity, then you can expect Lisk to go above $10

Another graph (Google trends):

Interesting is also the correlation between Lisk and Yobit. With other words: Lisk helps yobit to get more attention. ;-)

This was Yobit's plan, along with heavy marketing here on the forum ads.
And REBRANDING their whole website's topic to LISK exchange :O

thought those were not real lisk...so they have no value

Correct.  They are testnet Lisk, and their only value is to vote for testnet delegates.  This is all dress-rehersal practice for the main net in two weeks.

if you zoom out on yobit charts it looks very standard for a coin except sped up very fast due to the amount of  coins on the exchange.  It's in its oversold area right now we should see a solid pump soon on yobit i'm guessing.

Well, Bloombit give a bit of a different picture. Still active, and as I write this you can snap up ~2BTC's worth of Bloombit-IOU at ~0.0017 or less than $0.75.

But it does look to me like the IOUs have anchored the price of "Lisk-for-real" at ~$1 early on in. If it's going to go parabolic a la Ethereum and hit a $1 billion market cap, current buyers are looking at somewhere between a 5-for-1 and a 10-for-1 at the current IOU prices.

imo bloombit is a little off because of the trust issue. yobit already had quite a few traders before the LISK thing.

I think the $1 bottom is becoming solid in peoples minds. I think we're not done with the pricing moves before launch.

but you never know.  I'm sure it will go below but for how long.

That awkward moment when people will realize that this coin will not have even a 1k btc support when it hit exchanges, while there will be 20k btc worth of sell when it launch. Grin
