At the moment everyone is looking to get mainnet launched and become rich, price on yobit making so many people because it is good sign for investors so let's see what will be happen when it will be launched.

Yeah...I think a lot of the folks slagging Yobit for its competitive swath-cutting will have good reason to be glad of it when trading starts "for real." Their IOU-Lisk is well above 0.01. As I write this, it's slightly above 0.02 after bottoming around 0.007. So far, the thing has climbed from its opening prices and left them in the rear-view mirror. It's now been trading for more than two days, and the chart shows an overall uptrend.

One of the reasons why I've been saying "crazy high" over the last couple of days is because I've been shocked at how high it's got. When you're shocked like that, you immediately presume that the "crazy high" price will plummet to a more "reasonable" level.

But Yobit's IOUs have held up, for two days and counting. The buybook is still thin, but it's been thin all the while and that hasn't caused any burst-bubble-type crashes. The point: the longer that IOU-LISK hold up at around 0.01, the more legitimate that price-level becomes. If it stays above 0.01 for a week, then a lot of the shock will wear off - and more and more folks will think that $1 per LISK is a bargain price. The more folks like that, the more buy support there'll be at $1 and above when real LISK starts trading.

And the more and more buy support at >= $1, the less and less dumping. The parallels to Ethereum are becoming closer and closer. As long as Yobit's market holds up, more and moe would be dumpers are going to ask themselves, "Dump LISK at $1? Like I'd dump ETH at $1??"

In retrospect, assuming the IOU price keeps holding at about 0.01, the consensus will be that Yobit has done us-all a favour by trading the IOUs. They've certainly done themselves a favour; that's for sure.

Anyone else notice that Yobit's paid Theymos a lot of BTC to become an official BTT advertiser?

+1 yea, I posted a pic of it with a LOL in it.

The main issue here is that we don't know how big Yobit's stake is. It would've been a lot better if they contacted the devs to confirm the existence of their stake and its size.

did lisk make a deal for devs to dump coins on yobit before the plebs?  Cool  oh my words

I think the whole Lisk community agrees with me on one thing: thanks for bumping up this topic every 5-10 minutes, we are moving up fast in the list of topics with the highest number of views and posts Smiley

thanks man, yeah i'm stoked as the dev team gave me the thumbs up to create my own versions of LISK .. i'm leaning towards POW/POS hybrid  Wink  *stay tuned

Looking forward to it. Smiley

Having same market cap as ETH this early on is just silly. But at least may turn more people into HODLers.

I don't think there's very many of us here that don't think the guy that bought LISK for 0.024 on yobit is kinda stupid but I admit, I've multiplied my LISK x 0.024 and gone.  Shocked

I'm realistic though. As I've said, we won't know until it's traded for real.

how do you know someone is even actually buying are you new to crypto that you dont know you can buy own orders

No I've considered that. In fact it was one of the first things I thought. But thanks for being a dick about it.

Yobit just threw a couple of hundred BTC to pump it, no doubt it will fall again with acouple of swings!

So true ! However I doubt that it is YoBit. They're not wealthy enough to do that Roll Eyes. I think that price will get down at the morning back to the 0,01-0,018BTC.

lisk aint got the same press attention as ETH did. there will be plenty of people selling once launched. people will sell for 50k if they have th chance, it may not be you but others will.

everyone claims lisk is better than eth but eth is better than bitcoin and yet it has not surpassed it. openbazaar adopted bitcoin still not eth. so any dreams of lisk being surpassing eth aint happening.

good features but not alone other coins are being launched with better tech. 20k sats $5.9million cap at 40k sats 11.8million you need 4377btc of buys at that price to cover just a $2million dump. good luck people

congrats to ico holders you should make some profit if your fast enough to sell

Either you are deliberately FUDDing or you have no grasp of the potential mate. I'm no moon boy but I can see Lisk ending up at $3-5+ per in 3 months (post release rollercoaster) and who knows where from then. So you go fill your boots from some of the weak hands/ sportscar dreamers, and we will both flip off the early droppers from on the other side of The Pump.

nothing ive said is fud is just pretty much obvious trading. people are basing their predictions on a IOU listed on bittrex with only a tiniest amount of coins available which they dont even have at the moment. if you call my post i call all those posts hot air

its funny listening to people basing the price on a price controlled by the exchange.

1 they own all those IOU tokens
2. they run the exchange its listed on

to put it in simpler words its a 100% premine being traded on yobit.

Have u miss the ICO?
I'm sorry for you m8! :*(

amazing i was waiting for that reply i'd would have bet you'd say that thanks

Absolutely fine if you call them hot air. I feel those moon kids talking about buying cars and wot not will be sorely dissapointed by the price very quickly after initial launch as it will likely drop quickly as the biggest players sell large amounts of their Lisk for a healthy but minimal percentage.  I then expect them to scoop up more before the rebound and others hungry to buy in to do so and then the price will reach a nice healthy amount (approx $3) before whales initiate a pump.  Thus is the way of altcoins. However the way POS is configured in Lisk from square 1 might mean that there is greater incentive for gentleman whales to hold rather than margin trade and thus create greater price stability? Time will tell...

To be honest, the people that are buying Lisk on Yobit at the moment at the current price deserve to be screwed. I mean, they should do some basic research before throwing money at something they font completely understand.

is anybody really buying lisk on yobit or is is just yobit buying from themselves, driving the price up.

they own all the coins so its obvious who would buy unless to just profit on swings. no one is buying on there as a investment. everyone just waiting for the dump on april depending on where it starts.

people speculating these will be the prices when its launched i disagree others think so.

people say 2 dollars i say thats overvalued.

with the publicity its good but makes lisk looks scammy may out some off
No, Lisk and YoBit made it clear that these are not the real Lisk, but Lisk IOU (tokens). So why scammy? Because of the price of Lisk the same as Eth?

Can someone of you tell me how much yobit has invested in the lisk ico or better how much lisk they own ?

dont know no proof was given what happens if they have no lisk coming end of april

Thanks anyways, I hope someone knows how much lisk yobit owns...

are u stupid? they COULD OWN ZERO IT WOULD NOT MATTER
does that not make sense to you?
anyone buying at their price will find out on launch.

drrr.. hero accounts man, they used to be knowledgeable people i swear....

Legendary not hero, I want to know how much lisk they bought on the ico... this is what I've asked  Grin (I know what's a IOU token).
