Dear users,

today 8.4.2016 we were under heavy DDOS attack so the site was unavalible for trading.

No other damage was made and all funds are safe.

We take security of our users funds very seriously so we took extra time and made sure we are now ready to continue safely.

We thank you all for understanding and your patience.

if the Lisk tech works then Lisk will succeed. it addresses an existing global market (a huge market) and will push the profitability curve of mobile app developers up and to the right. no other coin i've seen makes such a clear economic case for adoption.

Don't you looooooove how offensive my name sounds?
with the publicity its good but makes lisk looks scammy may out some off
No, Lisk and YoBit made it clear that these are not the real Lisk, but Lisk IOU (tokens). So why scammy? Because of the price of Lisk the same as Eth?

Can someone of you tell me how much yobit has invested in the lisk ico or better how much lisk they own ?

dont know no proof was given what happens if they have no lisk coming end of april

nothing will happen if they have ZERO lisk coming, they will just buy it to fill their users IOUS.
there's no way with the amount of people looking to sell the 0.01 price will hold, let alone be there 6 hours into official launch
yobit could own ZERO, and just buy it on launch around 0.001-0.003 , paying users and pocketing 3 weeks of profits, no harm no foul ? Wink

What Yobit did is wrong, opening a market for Lisk even before it's released. Seems to me Lisk already in a bubble and when its officially launched and listed on the big exchanges it'll get dumped. Only if it were possible to refund Yobit's btc purchased in the ico for doing somethig the devs did not approve of. The greed is real, 7 cents per lisk and people aiming for 20-40$ per lisk anyone guess what stage is that in a bubble lol.

Yobit must be desparate to have pulled a move like this...first time I've seen an exchange do this.

lisk wasnt 24hour ico right, if not all most would have known

You'd be surprised.

I know some pretty savvy people that have been kicking themselves and wondering how they didn't know. I also know a lot, that simply didn't like the fact that it was forked from XCR and stayed out.

Some people really need to spend some time brushing up on a few basic trading concepts, like market cap, depth, volume, etc.

Stop worrying about a dump and what yobit price is. It's fun I admit but we're not going to know until it's actually traded on real exchanges with adequate volume.

What this has done, and I'm glad it did, is create a lot of publicity for LISK. Anyone that didn't know about LISK last week, knows about it this week.  Grin

yup.  4k lisk owners vs. 40k non-lisk owners on polo.

those 40k non-lisk owners you claim knew about it as it was talked about alot in the trollbox

are you sure everyone was online at the exact time someone was talking about lisk or logged in at all during the ico time?  There will never be a point where 100% of people learn about a project like this and have time to even make a call if they should ICO or not.

lisk wasnt 24hour ico right, if not all most would have known

just like 100% of people generated their keys? pbbbb that's out of only 4k people.  You can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time.

Not to mention, not everyone wants to take on the risk of an ICO.

I got 99 problems but this Lisk ain't one

Then they got scammed by yobit. They invested in pixie dust knowing full well the risk. This is the big boy world.

gives smart people good buying opportunities

true will be interesting but the coin needs whales if no whales youl get quick rise then fall. press was all over it when its ico  raised quite a bit but still $5million compared to $18million. one would think there would be more as people made loads on eth but who knows

No it doesn't because yobit acted on their own accord. Anyone that can't see that, isn't smart enough to be doing this anyway. So I wouldn't worry about that.

Actually, again, I'm glad it happened this way. It created a lot of buzz but LISK can sit back and honestly say they didn't ask for it and were not involved. Unless, someone presents evidence to the contrary, LISK devs are golden on this.
