It will dump a few hours "before" launch. By the time we make it to the exchange the price will be leveled out. I think it's probably the best thing for the coin. I agree that this is a pump and dump show. However I don't think it will start trading much below $1. We are too used to seeing $6 and $7 LISK now, people won't want to give up their coins at such a low $1 Wink

I could create an asset right now, say Lisktoken, and presto people can buy lisk from me (and after that trade normally from there). The only thing I had to do for it to be workable is a garantee that I'll make good on my IOU. So let's say I create the asset with 1 000 000 tokens, thats 1 million Lisk. If I put 1 million lisk worth of bitcoin (with some safety markings, lets say 10 times ICO price) into escrow with the promise that I'll exchange the tokens for real Lisk withing a week after launch.

Won't go even close to ICO price. I think this pump will top out at $800-$900 million, and the floor at intro around $2-$3 or so. No one is selling under $1 when it hit $8.

I think at this point, all we see is a simple pump & dump scenario the same way you would see it on any other shitcoin. But because it shares a name with something that has gotten a lot of attention lately, it's a little bigger than normal.

EDIT: i don't think that Lisk is a shitcoin and I think we will see a nice ROI, but it's gonna be far less than 0.017 btc.
